Internal Resource Pool RN Position requires travel to all 3 Sentara hospitals including:
Sentara Careplex Hospital (Hampton, VA), Sentara Obici Hospital (Suffolk, VA) and Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center (Williamsburg, VA)

We are currently seeking RNs with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Intermediate/Stepdown. The Eastern Market Regional Resource Pool also offers a variety of assignments, including ICU/Critical Care, Emergency Department (ED), IMCU/Stepdown, and Medical/Surgical opportunities.

Assessing/admitting patients, rounding checks, giving medications, talking with family members, and being responsible for the overall care of your patients.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
