Kaiser Permanente is seeking an ARNP for dialysis rounding with a flexible 20 hours per week schedule. The role combines onsite dialysis facility rounding with some work from home, Monday through Friday. Prior dialysis or nephrology experience is a significant plus.
The ARNP will assess patients, participate in care planning, and has authority to order tests, prescribe medications, and refer or admit when needed. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.
