Remote Hospice Triage RN Care Specialist

Intella Triage seeks a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to join our remote after-hours triage team for hospice patients and families. You will triage by phone, assess patient needs, and coordinate with on-call teams to ensure timely interventions and care coordination, all from a home-based setting.

We offer paid remote training, opportunities to increase pay to $28/hour, and a supportive clinical team. Must hold a multistate RN license and be comfortable with EMR documentation.
