  • Active, unrestricted NP license in the state(s) of practice.
  • DEA license with authorization to prescribe controlled substances (including buprenorphine waiver preferred or willingness to obtain).
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as an NP, preferably in addiction medicine, psychiatry, or integrated behavioral health.
  • Strong knowledge of MAT protocols (Suboxone, Vivitrol, etc.) and evidence-based addiction treatment.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort using telehealth platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with underserved populations or community health settings.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing.
  • Knowledge of co-occurring chronic medical conditions common in SUD populations.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary (or hourly rate) based on experience and licensure.
  • Flexible telehealth schedule.
  • Malpractice coverage.
  • Continuing education reimbursement.
  • Supportive, mission-driven team culture.
