Regional Nurse Consultant (RN) – Assisted Living
Americare Senior Living is seeking an experienced Regional Nurse Consultant (RN) to support our Assisted Living communities across the Missouri Region.
In this role, you’ll serve as a clinical advisor, mentor, and compliance partner
, helping communities strengthen regulatory readiness, elevate quality of care, and drive consistency through auditing, education, and consultation.
- Salary: $85,000 + $15,000 bonus potential
- Focus on clinical audits, regulatory compliance, and education, not daily staffing
- Opportunities to shape training and regulatory processes
This role is ideal for an RN with 5+ years of senior living experience, strong knowledge of Missouri and Illinois regulations
, and the ability to analyze trends, present findings, and educate leaders in both virtual and in-person settings.
