Palliative Care Nurse
Gentiva is seeking a compassionate Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join our home-based team. You will deliver advanced palliative care in patients' homes, collaborate with the Palliative Medical Director, and guide patients and families through the treatment journey.
The role requires MSN, 2+ years as an NP, and knowledge of palliative care principles, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and Part B billing. Evening/weekend call rotation may be required.
