Vita Care Living is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support our assisted living and memory care communities in Cross Plains, Wisconsin, as a contracted RN Consultant. This role focuses on clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, staff education, and quality improvement to help ensure residents receive safe, respectful, individualized care. You'll partner with community leaders and caregivers to strengthen clinical practices, maintain survey readiness, and meet Wisconsin DHS 83 requirements.
