Harmony Cares seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver in-home primary care to high-acuity patients in a patient-centered manner. You will focus on meaningful, personalized care rather than volume and dedicate time to address each patient’s needs in their home setting.
This full-time role is Monday–Friday with support in select markets; a company car with driver may be available and a competitive benefits package accompanies the position.
