Calibrate Health, Inc. seeks a board-certified Nurse Practitioner for a seasonal telehealth role from January 2027 through April 2027.
You will deliver evidence-based obesity care, integrating coaching and curriculum for lifestyle support and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. This position requires an active, unrestricted license in CA or TX (or other eligible states), availability for at least 10 hours per week, and shifts between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm EST.
