Intella Triage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to join our remote after-hours triage team. You will provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families, assess conditions, and coordinate care with on-call teams from a home office.
Active multistate RN license is required; hospice or end-of-life care experience is preferred. You’ll work independently from home with reliable internet, strong communication, and the ability to type notes quickly during high-volume calls.
