Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse / Home Health – Northern Michigan

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Northern Michigan

Schedule: Full-time position with weekend rotation; coverage area spans multiple communities across the western region

• Provide professional skilled nursing services in patients' homes with autonomy and clinical independence
• Work with a collaborative care team under clinical supervision in accordance with established standards
• Utilize assessment, care planning, and teaching skills to support patient rehabilitation and symptom management
• Home-based practice model serving diverse communities across a scenic northern region
• OASIS experience preferred; structured care planning and documentation protocols in place
• Competitive compensation with weekend rotation schedule

• Active and unrestricted Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 2 years of hospice or home health experience required
• Home care/home-based clinical experience required
• OASIS documentation experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout coverage area
