• Required Qualifications:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing Program. RN License with Primary Source Verification from the NYS Department of Education. BLS certification. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a trauma center setting, including 5 years in a supervisory role. Certifications required include Certified Abbreviated Injury Scale Specialist (CAISS) from the American Academy of Audiology (AAAM), American Trauma Society (ATS) ICD-10 certification, and Trauma Registry Course certification.

  The role involves developing a record-keeping system for medication errors and counseling, monitoring unit performance, and ensuring compliance with trauma care standards.
