- Friday
No weekends or holidays!
- Must complete a minimum of three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule. After training, this role follows a 50/50 hybrid model, with full-time (1.0 FTE) co-workers expected to work on-site five days per pay period. Must also be available to attend monthly on-site clinic meetings.

Diploma in Practical Nursing - Licensure:
Active LPN license - Experience:
2-3 years of experience strongly preferred
- Education:
Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree - Licensure:
Active RN license - Experience:
2-3 years of experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system.
- Timely and thorough patient triage skills.
- Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work).
- Excellent time management and prioritization.
- Adaptability in a new and changing environment.
