RN - Office-based

• Pay: $29 - $52/hour
• Location: Lakewood, CO
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for full-time external candidates
• Residency: Candidate must live within a commutable distance of Denver, Colorado
• Schedule: Office-based with remote work up to 3 days per week
• Travel: Up to 25% local travel to various Optum locations

• Provide direct patient care with exemplary customer service.
• Coordinate patient care under the guidance of the primary care provider.
• Participate in meeting audit and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
• Maintain and promote primary care department protocols and standards.
• Facilitate back-office patient flow in collaboration with providers.
• Participate in orientation, training, and development of clinical staff.

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing
• Experience: 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
