Registered Nurse; RN Intermediate Care

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to promote positive outcomes.
• Coordinate care, monitor patient conditions, and document assessments and interventions.
• Serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, educating families, and ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.

• Support a safe, confidential, and respectful environment aligned with shared governance principles.

• Associate’s or Diploma Nursing degree;
  Bachelor’s preferred.
• Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Required certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support).
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to professional development and quality improvement.
