Bayshore Health Care is seeking a dedicated nurse for a 2-6 week assignment in Northern BC, AB, MB, ON, or Nunavut. This role allows you to apply your clinical skills in a unique setting, focusing on primary and emergency care for diverse populations. Your expertise will be vital in health assessments, care planning, and health education according to Best Practice Clinical Guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide primary and emergency care to community residents
• Utilize advanced nursing skills for assessments and counseling
• Implement health promotion and communicable disease control measures
• Ensure emotional and physical comfort for all clients
• Collaborate within a team to enhance care delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Minimum 3,000 hours in acute or critical care nursing
• Active nursing license in good standing
• Willingness to obtain licensure for specified regions
