Southern Care New Beacon Hospice, part of Gentiva, seeks a Hospice Patient Care RN Manager to lead clinical care for home-based hospice patients. You will oversee an interdisciplinary team, coordinate individualized care plans, and mentor nursing staff in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

The RN Manager conducts clinical assessments, collaborates with physicians and social workers, and supports families through end-of-life care while ensuring regulatory and quality standards are met
