Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Nurse Practitioner – PCOS & Women's Hormone Health (Remote, Part-Time)

Meadow Health is a women’s health telehealth practice specializing in personalized, evidence-based care for women with PMOS (formerly PCOS) and related hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive health concerns.

We bring together thoughtful clinical evaluation, patient education, and individualized treatment plans so women can better understand their health and make informed decisions about their care.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with meaningful PCOS/PMOS clinical experience and strong diagnostic judgment.

Our ideal clinician can connect symptoms, medical history, laboratory findings, and metabolic or reproductive concerns into a clear, individualized care plan.

This is a focused women’s health role, not a general primary care telehealth position. The NP will help shape Meadow’s clinical workflows as the practice launches.

As Meadow grows, we plan to expand into fertility-related services, offering an opportunity for the clinician joining our founding team to grow with the practice.

Schedule and Compensation

A few hours per week are anticipated initially, increasing with patient enrollment and preapproved practice-development work. There is no guaranteed minimum number of hours, patients, or practice-development assignments.

Expected compensation benchmark:

$85-$95/hour. Clinical visits are paid on a per-visit basis, with rates to be finalized as we evaluate candidates and discuss expectations.

Clinical visits:

Per-visit compensation for the five core appointments in Meadow’s six-month care program.

Ongoing patient support:

A monthly fee per active patient for defined responsibilities such as messaging, results review, and medication management, including refills. The responsibilities covered by each compensation component will be clearly defined in the final agreement.

Practice development:

$85-$95/hour for preapproved practice-development activities, including onboarding, clinical protocol development, and workflow setup. Pre-launch development work will be limited, with specific deliverables agreed upon in advance. Hours are agreed upon in advance and are not guaranteed.

The NP is responsible for maintaining appropriate professional liability insurance, providing proof of coverage, and adding Meadow Health LLC to the policy as required by the final agreement and permitted by the insurer.

Final compensation, coverage documentation, and scope of services will be specified in the independent contractor agreement.

Clinical Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual consultations and follow-up visits for patients with PCOS/PMOS and related hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive concerns.
  • Assess medical histories, symptoms, prior treatments, medications, supplements, and relevant health data.
  • Select, order, and interpret clinically appropriate testing and develop individualized, evidence-based care plans.
  • Evaluate and manage conditions such as insulin resistance, hyperandrogenism, menstrual or ovulatory dysfunction, and weight-related metabolic concerns.
  • Prescribe and manage medications, including GLP-1 therapies when clinically appropriate, and incorporate nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and behavioral recommendations into individualized treatment plans.
  • Use CGM data, hormone-monitoring information, and specialty testing when clinically indicated and supported by evidence.
  • Provide clear patient education, timely documentation, results communication, and agreed-upon asynchronous clinical support.
  • Collaborate on clinician-developed protocols, clinical standards, and consistent workflows while retaining independent clinical decision-making.

Testing, prescribing, referrals, and treatment decisions remain subject to the NP’s independent clinical judgment, qualifications, and applicable…
