IU Health is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join its statewide Pre-Triage team. This remote role provides telephone-based clinical support to established patients, allowing you to apply your LPN skills without bedside duties.
You will assess concerns by phone, escalate when appropriate to RN Triage, and help patients across Indiana navigate care options. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with orientation required.
