Cascadia Healthcare is seeking an experienced PDPM Clinical Resource Nurse (RN or LPN) to support our skilled nursing facilities across the western region. This remote role travels to sites within , OR, WA, MT, and AZ to aid PDPM reimbursement, MDS coding, and clinical documentation improvement.
You will serve as a regional subject matter expert, conduct audits, educate facility teams, and drive compliant, accurate coding while partnering with administrators and DONs to enhance reimbursement
