Sentara Home Care is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as an RN. Position Status:
Full Time - Day Shift

Position Location:

Chesapeake, VA Mileage reimbursement offered for all miles driven between patient visits. We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.

• Develops, implements, and evaluates plans of care for specific patient populations.
• Manages a patient case load through coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care.
• Possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas.

• Education:
  
  Associate's Degree (Required)
• Certification/Licensure RN (Required) - Active in Virginia
• BLS (Required within 90 days)
• Experience:
  
  1 year of nursing experience (Required)
• Previous Home Care/Hospice experience (Preferred)

The base pay range for full-time employment is $87,214.40 - $ annually.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
