Evaluate healthcare AI remotely using nursing informatics expertise, clinical documentation knowledge, and understanding of EHR workflows.
Alignerr seeks Nursing Informatics Specialists for hourly contract work supporting AI systems developed for healthcare environments. You will assess whether AI understands clinical workflows, nursing care, patient data concepts, and documentation as nurses do. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy and safety
- Review EHR workflows, documentation, and nursing care processes
- Identify errors and unsafe nursing informatics assumptions
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI model quality
- Flag patient data and decision support issues
- Registered Nurse or equivalent clinical background
- Experience in informatics or health IT
- Familiarity with Epic, Cerner, or similar EHR systems
- Understanding of nursing documentation workflows and care standards
- Clear written communication and independent work skills
