We're looking for an RN with a passion for case management to join our team!

• RN degree required
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN)
• Workers' Comp Case Management experience a plus

Candidates must reside in Overland Park, KS or surrounding communities within the greater Kansas City metropolitan area
. This role requires a combination of remote work and local field travel
, so candidates should be located within a reasonable driving distance of the Overland Park/Kansas City service area to support onsite patient visits and case management activities as needed.
