Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (APRN) for our Skilled Nursing and Post-Acute Facilities - Remote, covering Kentucky, West Virginia, and Ohio

Compensation: $105,000 - $125,000 Annual Salary

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide telehealth coverage for our skilled nursing and post-acute facilities across Kentucky, West Virginia, and Ohio. This role can be full-time or part-time and includes on-call coverage during nights or weekends. We are offering COMPETITIVE PAY with AMAZING BENEFITS.

Qualifications

Active APRN license in Kentucky, West Virginia, and Ohio
Active DEA registration
Comfortable with telehealth visits and after-hours on-call coverage
Skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatric experience preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct telehealth visits and manage acute changes in condition after hours
Provide on-call coverage during nights or weekends
Document thoroughly and timely in the EMR
Coordinate with on-site nursing and provider teams

Compensation

$105,000-$125,000 per year
