A New Practice. Experienced Leadership. An Opportunity to Build Something Great.

Ignite Practice Growth, a healthcare Management Services Organization (MSO), is recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner (APRN/NP) on behalf of a newly established medical practice serving patients throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.

The practice may be new, but the leadership behind it isn't. Built by experienced professionals in the personal injury healthcare industry, this organization brings together extensive knowledge of specialty medicine, clinical operations, and coordinated patient care.

We're looking for a motivated, clinically confident Nurse Practitioner who enjoys working independently, takes ownership of patient outcomes, and wants to be part of an organization from the ground up.

This is an exclusively telemedicine position with no in-office patient visits required.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive virtual patient evaluations, including initial consultations for patients with accidentrelated injuries.
  • Assess musculoskeletal, orthopedic, spinal, and other injuryrelated conditions.
  • Obtain and document detailed patient histories, symptoms, and clinical findings.
  • Develop appropriate treatment plans and coordinate referrals to specialists.
  • Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, interventional pain physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Educate patients on their diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely electronic medical records.
  • Follow established clinical protocols and applicable telemedicine standards.
  • Contribute to the development of efficient workflows and quality patient care practices.
What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications
  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) license in at least one of the applicable jurisdictions, with the ability to obtain additional required licenses.
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Current national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and telemedicine technology.
  • Ability to work independently, manage responsibilities, and maintain accurate documentation.
Preferred Experience
  • Personal injury or accidentrelated medical evaluations.
  • Orthopedics, musculoskeletal medicine, spine care, or interventional pain management.
  • Experience conducting initial patient evaluations.
  • Prior telemedicine or virtual patient care experience.
  • Familiarity with multidisciplinary specialty referrals and treatment coordination.
What Makes This Opportunity Different?

100% Remote Clinical Care

Provide quality patient care through virtual consultations without the demands of commuting or maintaining an in-office patient schedule.

Experienced Leadership

Join a newly established medical organization supported by professionals with extensive experience in personal injury healthcare and specialty practice operations.

Opportunity to Make an Impact

As an early member of the clinical team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute your expertise, help shape clinical workflows, and support the organization's growth.

Professional Autonomy

We're looking for a capable, accountable provider who exercises sound clinical judgment, communicates effectively, and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care.

The Right Fit

We value people who take responsibility seriously.

People who recognize a problem and work toward a solution. Who communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, and understand that quality patient care depends on both clinical competence and personal accountability.

If you're an experienced Nurse Practitioner looking for a remote opportunity where your expertise and initiative will make a difference, we'd like to hear from you.
