You will triage calls from injured workers, assess their medical status, apply triage protocols, and direct the injured worker to the appropriate level of care. You will work with the claim examiner, employers, and medical providers to resolve cases efficiently.
The role requires a current compact RN license; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Schedule includes night shifts Central Time, weekends, and occasional Mondays with shift
