Schedule:
Day and overnight shifts available
Location:
Spanaway, WA, serving a private-duty home care client
Right at Home is seeking skilled, dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, one-on-one nursing care to a client in Spanaway, WA. We are looking to fill these shifts as soon as possible and are seeking nurses with strong clinical skills and experience managing complex medical needs.
This is an opportunity to provide individualized care in a home setting while making a meaningful difference in a client's daily life.
We are currently hiring for the following shifts:
Monday–Friday: 12-hour day shifts
Saturday: 14-hour overnight shift
Sunday: 12-hour overnight shift
Weekday overnights:
Two additional 8-hour overnight shifts, with specific nights to be determined
Multiple shifts are available, and we are looking to staff this case as quickly as possible.
Required Qualifications and Clinical Skills Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State Clinical experience with tracheostomy care and management
Experience with gastrostomy (G-tube) care and management
Strong assessment, monitoring, and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to recognize changes in condition and respond appropriately
Reliable, compassionate, and attentive approach to patient care Ability to work independently in a home care environment
Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care tailored to the client's individual needs
Monitor the client's condition and identify changes requiring intervention
Perform tracheostomy care and manage G-tube-related nursing needs within the scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Communicate with the care team and appropriate providers regarding changes in the client's condition
Follow established care plans, infection-control practices, and nursing protocols
