This part-time contract role provides virtual psychiatric care for patients in Colorado, primarily through initial psychiatric diagnostic interviews and follow-up medication management visits. The work focuses on behavioral health across new and established patients, with care delivered through a telehealth platform. Clinicians manage documentation and treatment plans in collaboration with the psychiatry team as needed.

• Conduct initial psychiatric diagnosis interviews for new patient referrals.
• Provide evaluation and management follow-up sessions for established patients.
• Use the telehealth platform to complete video visits with patients.
• Submit clinical documentation and manage patient treatment plans.
• Coordinate with the psychiatry team as needed.
• Treat patients within the clinician’s state(s) of licensure.

• Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Colorado.
• Active DEA registration and individual NPI number.
• Fully completed and signed CAQH application.
• Independent liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1 million occurrence/$3 million aggregate.
• Reliable internet connection.

• Experience providing telehealth-based psychiatric care.
• Experience working with a diverse behavioral health patient population.
