Beacon Hill is seeking a Telephonic Registered Nurse to support patients after hospital or ED discharge. The role is remote within the Eastern Time Zone, part-time, ongoing contract, with up to $38/hour pay.
The RN will handle inbound calls, perform medication reconciliation, and complete post-discharge assessments under HEDIS guidelines. Requirements include an active Michigan RN license, 3–5 years of nursing experience (bedside preferred), and prior inbound call center experience.
