You will collaborate with our Medical Director to conduct benefit and medical necessity reviews within a NCQA compliant UM program.
Responsibilities include approving eligible requests, referring non-criteria cases to the Medical Director, handling administrative and clinical appeals, and maintaining compliance with NCQA,
