Wound Care Nurse Servicing Levittown, PA

Personic Health is seeking an RN/LPN to join our organization as a Wound Care Nurse. This is a mobile position, requiring individuals to have their own transportation to travel to patients’ homes and assisted living facilities. Training will be provided and paid for by Personic Health, with course fees covered.

Personic Health is In-Home Wound Care. It’s in the DNA of our company as we are Physician founded and led. We are powered by the country’s top healthcare providers, and we provide wound care services in the comfort of the patients’ home that would otherwise be found in a wound care center.

40 hours per weekday Monday to Friday

On the road, including Home Care, Long-term care facilities, Nursing homes, & Outpatient settings
