Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to support telehealth outreach for Medicare members, ensuring Stars measure compliance and ED discharge follow-up. Role includes narrowing other HEDIS measures while delivering compassionate, high-quality virtual care.
The schedule is Monday to Friday, 12:30pm–9pm with occasional Saturday coverage. BSN required and active RN license; prior remote telehealth experience is preferred.
