The Connection Center Virtual RN at CHI Health Clinic provides nursing-led telephone and computer-based coordination for inbound and outbound communications among hospitals, patients, providers and consumers. This remote role requires Omaha metro residency and an active RN license in the state, with 3+ years of RN experience and 1–3 years of triage experience.
You will follow approved protocols, conduct triage calls, document thoroughly, and support call center quality metrics.
