TRU Community Care is seeking a phone triage nurse to join our after hours triage team. This PRN role handles calls from patients, assesses needs, and works with visit nurses to determine the best care plan. Must reside in Colorado, Florida, or Georgia and be able to work remotely.
This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and adherence to HIPAA and agency protocols, with occasional in-person training near Lafayette, CO.
