Join a growing, multi-state healthcare organization as a full-time overnight Telehealth Nurse Practitioner. This 100% remote role lets you provide quality patient care virtually from home while serving patients across Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia.
What You'll Do- Conduct virtual patient visits through a telehealth platform
- Assess, diagnose and treat patients within your NP scope of practice
- Develop, adjust and manage individualized treatment plans
- Document visits accurately and on time in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with the care team to support continuity of care
- Telehealth experience (required)
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Weeknight shifts: 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, or 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Weekend shifts: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- 100% remote
