Fuze Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our telehealth care team and support Medicare members with remote outreach. The role focuses on achieving a new Stars measure and confirming ED discharge, with additional responsibilities in closing other HEDIS measures while delivering compassionate virtual care.
The position is full-time, mostly remote (EST hours) with a standard Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturday coverage.
