You will act as the trusted clinical voice for residents and facility staff during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, performing assessments, documenting in EMR, and applying protocols to support safe treatment in place.
Ideal candidates hold an NP with PA and NY licenses (or DEA licensure in process) and have 3+ years of acute and chronic disease
