Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the telehealth care team and remotely reach Medicare members. You will ensure STARs measure compliance, confirm ED discharge, and support closing other HEDIS measures while delivering compassionate virtual care.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri 12:30pm-9pm EST and one Saturday monthly 9am-5:30pm. Ideal candidates have BSN, an active compact-state license, 2+ years RN experience, and 1–2 years in remote/telehealth settings.
