You will collaborate with Care Navigators, Recovery Coaches, Case Managers, judicial partners, and community-based organizations to deliver holistic care addressing mental, emotional, and physical needs.
This remote-friendly position can be structured as full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (20 hours/week) depending on availability.
