Director, Long-Term Services & Supports; RN Remote - reside

The Director of Long-Term Services & Supports leads a multidisciplinary team to support members with long-term services and supports (LTSS) needs, ensuring quality care through integrated delivery and coordination. This role is ideal for experienced healthcare leaders with a strong background in LTSS.

• Oversee team responsible for delivering LTSS member care.
• Represent as a deep LTSS subject matter expert for care manager and service coordination staff.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific memorandum of understanding (MOU)/contract scope of work.
• Assist senior leadership with state-specific LTSS reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to operationalize LTSS activities and oversight.
• Participate in county advisory groups and liaise with consumer advocacy organizations.
• Monitor and report on quality and outcome measures aligning with Molina’s clinical model of care.
• Develop policies and procedures for integrated services and individualized care plans.
• Provide oversight of clinical management functions for LTSS programs.
• Develop and facilitate training for LTSS and managed care staff.

• RN License required

• At least 7 years in healthcare, including 4 years in LTSS and in-home supportive services
• At least 3 years of healthcare management/leadership experience

• Active and unrestricted clinical licensure/certification as required by state contract or regulation
