About Blue Pearl - Rockville, MD :

Our hospital in Rockville provides emergency care and a wide variety of specialty services. Our hospital has boarded specialists in Surgery, Radiology, Internal Medicine, Oncology, and a growing intern program. We have a great partnership with board certified Neurologists and Cardiologists in the building, which expands the services available to our patients.

Our hospital joined the Rockville community in June of 2014. The hospital is 33,000-square-feet and houses many diagnostic and therapeutic tools, including a mechanical vent, high flow oxygen, lithotripsy laser, MRI, 64 slice CT, ultrasound, minimally invasive scoping equipment, an isolation unit in the ER and an in-house Antech reference laboratory.

We hold daily doctor rounds, and our Hospital Operations Committee meets monthly with our clinicians for informal topic rounds to discuss operational and medical initiatives, changes, etc. We offer a variety of in-house CE opportunities which helps foster and cultivate our collaborative atmosphere.
