This is an entry‑level position! No experience is necessary!

• Part‑time and full time availability from November through early January. As well as a full time window cleaning technician for 2026
• A good work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors and handle basic installation tasks (we’ll train you!)
• Attention to detail and pride in a job well done

• Each day, you’ll meet at our home office in the morning to go over the day’s gameplan
• You’ll drive in our Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses (with another team member) throughout the day and assist in holiday light installation tasks
• You may meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job that day.
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.

• Money – and opportunity to make more. Starting at $17.00 per hour with potential for commissions and bonuses. You decide how much you can make!

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights and be willing to climb ladders
• Must be able to work outside
• Willing to work in the cold
