Furry Fellas Pet Service LLC is hiring experienced pet care professionals for dog walking and pet sitting. This role supports pet owners in North Kingstown, RI, and surrounding areas.

Job Summary

We need independent, reliable pet caregivers who enjoy dog walking, are comfortable with cats and small animals, and can communicate well with clients. Ideal candidates prefer flexible schedules and part‑time or supplemental income.

Responsibilities

• Visit client homes to care for pets while owners are away (walking, exercising, bathroom breaks, feeding, medication, fresh water, litter box maintenance).
• Provide love and attention and record notes after each visit.

Qualifications

• Experience with dogs of various sizes and energy levels, and/or with cats or other small animals.
• Reliable transportation, smart phone, ability to work independently.
• Good communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to choose flexible hours, work outdoors, and meet required availability (see Hours below).

Schedule & Availability

At least 1–2 hours of availability during two of the four visit windows:
Morning: 6–10 am, Afternoon: 11 am–3 pm, Evening: 4–6 pm, Night: 7–9 pm. Monday‑Friday or weekends plus some weekdays acceptable.

Ideal candidates may combine dog‑walking hours with pet‑sitting for additional income.

Compensation

• $9 per 15‑minute visit + mileage + tips
• $10 per 30‑minute visit + mileage + tips
• $10.50 per 30‑minute visit + mileage + tips
• $12–$13.50 per 45‑minute visit (experience dependent) + mileage + tips
• $16–$18 per hour / 60‑minute visit (experience dependent) + mileage + tips

Travel radius limited to 10–15 minutes; select service areas / zip codes.
