Professional Dog Trainer

. We are seeking to add one more trainer in the Charlotte area.

This is a demanding and challenging profession. We need someone who is highly driven to establish professional relationships and succeed.

* Minimum job requirements:

• Must reside in or near Harrisburg, North Carolina.
• Must be able to board at least 2 dogs at your residence for 14 days at a time.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Smartphone required.
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, You Tube, Instagram, etc.) is necessary.
• Complete a 21-day certification at the OLK9 Training Facility in Northern Virginia.

* Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Handling and training dogs of all sizes, from puppies to adults.
• Working with dogs needing behavior modification, from anxiety to aggression.
• Interacting professionally with the public.
• Driving to appointments within the Charlotte area.
• Continuing education to improve training skills for dogs and humans.
• Attending PR events.
• Self-motivation is essential.

The ideal Dog Trainer candidate should have:

• A passion for dogs and a strong work ethic.
• Reliability and honesty.
• Ability to create dog training videos using computer skills.
• Availability to work during peak traffic times on weekdays and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Compensation can range from $35,000 to $60,000+ annually, with flexible work-from-home options and the chance to do what you love!
