We’re coming to the U.S. — and we’d love to meet you.
After seven years of building and refining Vet Wise across Canada, we’re incredibly excited to share that we’re zuletzt? expand into the United States in 2026. Our very first U.S. launch will be in New York state
, and we’re currently looking for New York‑licensed veterinarians to join us as part of our virtual care network.
Vet Wise was built with one simple idea at its core:
Great veterinary care should be accessible for pet owners and sustainable for veterinarians.
As a Vet Wise veterinarian, you choose when and how you work. There are no preset schedules or minimum hours—you log in when it works for you, whether that’s between shifts, on a quiet evening, or during a season of life when flexibility matters most. All consultations are done virtually, from the comfort of your own home.
Our team partners directly with veterinary hospitals to support their clients after hours, during peak demand, or whenever extra help is needed. That means you’re providing meaningful, collaborative care—without the burnout that so often comes with traditional after‑hours work.
If you’re passionate about improving access to care haj! for New York pet owners, while also supporting a healthier work‑life balance for veterinarians (yourself included), we’d love to connect.
This is a chance to be part of something from the beginning as we launch in the U.S., and to help shape how virtual veterinary care can truly support both pets and the professionals who care for them.
If you’re curious and would like to learn more, we’d be very happy to chat.
Successful applicants will have successfully completed the NAVLE examination and be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in New York State without restriction and have a minimum of two years of clinical practice experience in small animal medicine.
