Who We AreOur work focuses on helping homeless animals, animals who are the victims of cruelty and neglect and animals whose owners face barriers to accessing veterinary services. By providing free or low-cost care to those most in need, training veterinarians and students, and conducting erste clinical research that we share with the larger veterinary field, the ASPCA makes a lasting impact to expand the number of animals experiencing good welfare.

Whether you're interested in spay/neuter surgery, shelter medicine, general practice, forensic sciences, urgent care, or toxicology, at the ASPCA you can find a role that fits your skills and expertise. We offer opportunities to provide medical and surgical care to homeless animals, animals who are the victims of cruelty and neglect, and animals whose owners face barriers

We offer a variety of shifts and employment opportunities, including full-time, part-time and relief work. WhatYou’ll Get Compensation
The applicable target hiring range varies by role and where the employee works and its respective cost of labor. Compensation ranges for on-site, non-toxicology ASPCA veterinarian roles generally range between $123,000 - $179,500 annually, with specific ranges found in each job description.
