Take your veterinary expertise on the road with IDEXX as a Field Support Representative for Diagnostics, traveling up to 75% of the time. Build relationships and provide critical support to clients in the field.

As a Field Support Representative, you will work with veterinary teams, install IDEXX analyzers, and deliver training on optimal usage, addressing technical challenges on-site. Your work helps foster trust and successful partnerships within the veterinary community while you manage your home-based workspace and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in up to 75% travel for client support

• Conduct training sessions for clinic staff on IDEXX products

• Address customer inquiries and onsite troubleshooting

• Strategically manage client visits and schedules

• Focus on personal and professional development in the field

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in veterinary practice

• Experience with IDEXX products a must

• Bilingual: fluent in French and English

• Valid driver's license needed

• Strong planning and communication abilities
