Position: Full Time Veterinary Consultant Remote
Support pet owners as a Veterinary Consultant with Rezzet, working remotely from Canada. Enjoy flexible hours while providing valuable consultations to customers.

Rezzet is on the lookout for a knowledgeable Veterinary Consultant to assist customers via short, remote consultations. This full-time role requires active communication skills and an empathetic approach to foster positive customer experiences. Your expertise will help guide pet owners as they transition to our unique dog food subscription model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries about subscription services

• Follow up with dog owners post-trial kit purchase

• Offer quick consultations averaging 15 minutes

• Maintain a 24-hour SLA for customer responses

• Build confidence in our natural dog food products

Requirements:

• Active veterinary license in Canada required

• Strong communication with a consultative approach

• Comfortable with remote customer interaction

• Must reside in Canada, preferably Calgary or Vancouver

• Highlight experience in pet nutrition on your resume
