As part of the Zoetis Cattle & Equine Veterinary Services Team, the Veterinary Services Manager provides expert veterinary support aligned with strategic business goals. You will manage adverse event reports and offer pragmatic field support, with a strong emphasis on beef cattle. Continuous trend identification in veterinary medicine will enhance discussions on the strategic direction and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist veterinary practices with inquiries and case discussions

• Investigate and resolve product inquiries while ensuring regulatory compliance

• Deliver medical information to empower the business team

• Support sales through customer education and consultation

• Manage customer support initiatives like the Quality Medicine Program

Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree

• Full licensure in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba

• 5+ years of clinical experience in cattle & equine

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to travel 30% within Western Canada
