Hours: 20 hours per week

About the Role:
Day-to-day duties of the role will include:
- Administrative support & Client account reconciliation
- Insurance processing
- Handling of client queries
- Taking ownership of tasks from start to finish
- Maintenance of relevant electronic files
- Covering Reception, including answering phones, booking appointments and undertaking all other Reception duties when cover needed.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to use positive language
- Co-operative and solution-focused, in addition to a strong customer and team focus
- Demonstrate a high level of organisation & time management skills, particularly in an environment with multiple, and sometimes conflicting priorities
- Demonstrated ability to handle information of a sensitive nature and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Strong administrative experience
- Previous experience in veterinary healthcare or a services-oriented environment would be advantageous
